Vincenzo Italia

Vincenzo Italia was born in Syracuse on May 8th 1951, he graduated from the Polytechnic University of Turin in architecture in 1978 with a thesis concerning of shopping centers and their establishment in the territory. In recent years he has mainly worked with commercial activities of small and medium surfaces, with the restoration and preservation of properties including some valuable goods, with substantial interventions of transformation. Last but not least, he has interested with the estimation and enhancement of important properties with due diligence verification and writing. The consultancy provided that develops through all the national territory is a full contract type, which ranges from basic analysis to integral design, construction supervision and final testing. Some of his works have been published in important industry magazines.
